I have one customer who has an active voucher (my testuser) but i don't found any field in the order transaction where i can add the voucher-code.Can anyone help me? rocky Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 You must enter the voucher code on the shopping cart summary by clicking the "Cart" button in the cart block. If the customer clicks "Checkout", then they will go straight to the address step and won't have an opportunity to enter a voucher code. You can edit modules/blockcart/blockcart.tpl and copy the cart link over to the checkout button, then delete the cart button if this issue worries you.
