Error 500 because of bootstrap.php

Hello everyone,

we use Prestashop 1.6 version and suddenly website has crashed.

 

We checked error log and found this:

 

[14-Jun-2017 05:53:55 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/dtmdesig/mobilado.ro/shop/config/bootstrap.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/php') in /home/dtmdesig/mobilado.ro/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 66 

 

We uploaded manually file bootstrap.php , website worked for few seconds than is again in 500 error.

After check, file bootstrap.php is missing.

 

Again re-uploading, working a few seconds and crashing.

Why is this bootstrap.php deleting?

 

Any idea please.

I also tried to remove cache/class_index.php

If you can reach you admin surface go to advanced preferences and force regenerate template/clean cache etc... than try f5/shift+f5 and reload your site..
