latios93 Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 Hi guys!. I have a problem that cannot resolve... It's a week that I try to fix it. Five months ago I installed for a friend prestashop (with few modules and some css modded/modules free) and until a week ago everything was fine. Now I get a random blank page with a warning: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. The path / changes when I change the url naturally... The problem is that on prestashop (both side prestashop that side configuration) nothing is change, and I don't see errors on logs. I call the server's provider but They said that everything is fine with the server. The problem happens a random. When it happens, we are forced to close browser and re-open it, otherwise we have to delete cookies and then reload the page. What can be the cause? I no longer know what to try...
