denniswixom Posted June 11, 2017 Share Posted June 11, 2017 I have videos on my godaddy server that are in the mp4 format and I insert the videos in the description by adding the source link. However, when I go to view the product after i make it live, it shows the video, but there isn't a button to play it. I have to manually right-click and click on "show controls" to play the video. I figured out real quick, but I don't want my customers to have to do that. By the way, a few days ago when I started to post my first product listings, the controls showed up when I loaded up my page, but for some reason, they're not showing up now. Weird solution, but what I was doing before was leave a space in between the description and where I place the video. What i did to fix it was place the cursor right at the end of the description and then insert the video.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
