Payment received but Order not shown

I have the following problem with my version 1.6.1.4.

 

For the last three orders thru my web page I received the payment but no order or information related.

 

My questions are:

  

- Is there a way to track the information into the system so that I can know which articles were ordered?

- How can I solve this problem going forward?

Go to 

 

Customers > Shopping carts

 

From there you can see all the shopping carts. Look for the carts that are not converted to an order but does have a customer name next to them. Then click into that cart. If you are certain you have received payment you can convert that cart to an order from there
