For the last three orders thru my web page I received the payment but no order or information related. My questions are: - Is there a way to track the information into the system so that I can know which articles were ordered? - How can I solve this problem going forward? Guest Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) Go to Customers > Shopping carts From there you can see all the shopping carts. Look for the carts that are not converted to an order but does have a customer name next to them. Then click into that cart.
