My PrestaShop e-mail is sending junkmail

.... and this spamming in every minut for the day already. I have also mailed to PrestaBox - still no answer.

With Who I need to talk to or write where?

Do you maybe have the sendtoafriend module installed?

no I havent install anything for a long time now. Do Presta has the ability to take off or change the e-mail adress. Right now I have [email protected] on the page. I was advised to change it to info(at)koosdisain.ee. But I do not now and can not find the right module to do that

But this module is in Prestashop by default, do you have it installed?

Yes I have module, where I can change the About Us text, but in the bottom of the page there is a Contact. There is our e-mail with @ and I do not know how to change it.

Is there, in Presta any support or info e-mail, I can ask what to do?

Hi, if your prestashop email address is sending spam i expect the problem will be the email server. 

 

First change your email password associated with that email account. 

 

Do you use your own email server ? What email server is it ?
