Can't login to backoffice..

Hello,

I have installed prestashop 1.3.1 on OVH, after the installation, i can't login on backoffice !

I have www.********.fr/admin329/login.php?redirect=index.php in adress bar and when i enter my username and my password, nothing happens ! I always redirected to admin329/login.php?redirect=index.php !

Another problem, always at the same page.. i see this

my .htacccess:
SetEnv PHP_VER 5
SetEnv REGISTER_GLOBALS 0
RewriteBase /

Any ideas ?

I had the same problem
you need to install prestashop in the root of you directory

I observe the same problem, not just problem logging in to the back office, but also to the front office!
It worked fine on 1.2.4 and it does not work on version 1.3.1
I can use Firefox 3.6.6 I can login to both BO and FO, however IE 8 and Chrome do not allow me to login.

I cleared my cookies on IE and Chrome, and that solved the problem. I still don't understand what the problem was and why clearing the cookies solved it, but at least I found a workaround by clearing the cookies. However now I fear that my customers won't be able to log in before they clear their cookies.

I had the same problem, after restore an older backup...

 

I've deleted the cookies but not solved the problem..

 

Help please!
