Fetch Users' Birthday

I want to fetch the Birthday date of the users and use it within my module.

 

I haven't found a solution for this. I searched within the documentation and didn't find an answer to my question.

 

Can you please tell me if there is a variable or something I can hook upon and get the Birthday date of users?
