Frenzy Posted June 25, 2010 Share Posted June 25, 2010 Help - Shipping Rates Issues !!I am still having “Shipping Rates” issues !!I have one carrier set at 1.1 – 2 kg with the price of (4.95)I then have the same carrier with a different service weight 0.501 – 1 kg with the price of (4.50)I have set up item weights in BO. If an item is purchased that falls in between the 1.1 and 2 kg weight range, at check out the buyer has the ability to still select the cheaper option ie 0.501 – 1 kg range ( 4.50) How is this possible because the option should not be available due to the items weight.. Frenzy Posted June 26, 2010 Author Share Posted June 26, 2010 [sOLVED]Help – Shipping Rates Issues !!An error on my part.i had 2 carriers (same company) set up when in reality i should have only had 1.i simply deleted the additional carrier and added the extra weights to the existing carrier.
