[Solved] Browser compatibility issue of the Black & White theme_top menu

Hi,
I installed the new theme black and white and got a strange display abnormality;

The submenu of the top menu Module is covered under the slideshow when opened in several third-party IE-embeded broswers, while everything goes right with firefox, chrome, and IE8 ( I didn't test on IE7 and below)

check the attached the image for details;

Those third party broswer is widely used in my country, anyone could help?
