During rollback the site went blank both in front end and back hand and I have any access actually to the site. Any idea how to recover the situation? selectshop.at Posted March 27, 2017 Share Posted March 27, 2017 1) Activate debug mode: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ and read the errors there. 2) Clear cache of your browser and smarty cache. Browser cache F5, smarty: delete all files and folders ind cache/smarty/cache with exception index.php on your ftp.
