Shipping costs problem (SOLVED)

Hello everybody

i have few online tire shops and recently i encountered the following problem on one of them

Before few weeks everything was running fine, yesterday  on some products when u add them to cart the deliery was free its says free shipping. And now every new product i add to catalogue have free shipping , no matter what changes i made in delivery and shipping carriers. I've used prestashop 1.6 , now upgradet to latest 1.6 version ( 1.6.1.11) , still the same problem. I changed shipping options , zones, disabled free delivey , everything , and still when i click on some of my products the cart still says free shipping . Adding new product to catalogue  with new shipping options - still says free shipping after purchase. The strange thing is that some of the old products in the catalogue , when you add them in the cart - the shipping cost is calcuated correctly .

 

P.S: Tried same settings , same products , still some have correct shipping cost , others have free shipping

this is a common issue for non-logged espeically as PS does  not localiize shipping

I disabled advanced stock management and now everything is fine
