moneybookers payment problems

Hi,

I have prestashop 1.2.2 I install new moneybookers. I was testing new modules. I receive money but in the shop -backsite I see errors in Orders

when I go to see order detail I see Warning: 0,00 € paid instead of 0,55 € !

please help solve this problem

validation it worked, but there display still an error


test 1 - my friend account
I maked a test payment via debit card. It worked. I don't know why
when I try updated secret word there is an error, maybe it is problem
about my shop.


test 2 - my customer account
I think that there is a but in presta module.
I use diffrent email to prestashop and I have diffrent email to
monybookers. When I try to use debit cart to my account, presta ask to
log in to moneybookers account - it chose option 1 - pay by
credit/debit card and it should ask me for debit card details not for
login.

I use presta 1.2.2

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.2.5 to latest version 1.3.1, besides, also integrated the payment mode of Moneybookes.

However, the order did not show up on the FRONT OFFICE even though the payment has been made via Moneybookers.
We only aware about the new order when we received payment receipt notification from Moneybookers

Anyone having this problem, and how to solve this, please advise

Hi,

I have the same problem as well : Order => "Payement error".

Is it because of Prestashop 1.2.2 ? Does anyone have the same problem with Prestashop 1.3.1 ?

I have the same currency in both moneybookers account and shop, but what has happened is:

Normally it works fine, but when moneybookers does not automatically approve a payment, it is set to pending in moneybookers. I receive an order confirmation from the prestashop store - but then I look in the orders list and no order is listed, and the order number that was assigned has been used by another customer.

Any ideas of what might have happened?

Hi All

Has anyone managed to resolve this?
I continue to get a payment error showing even though the payment has been made within moneybookers acc.
The problem is the customer also sees the error and doubts the item has been purchased and therefore often buys a duplicate item causing issues.

Any thoughts on how to resolve??
All help greatly appreciated

The older versions of the Moneybookers module were a bit problematic, especially with currencies. I did write a mod to suppress the email messages to the client, but you still get the message in the Back Office.

1.4.x seems to be working much better for us. If you can get a 1.4 version of your theme, I would recommend the upgrade.

David - Disable the MB module. Make sure the mb module directory is recursively chmod'd to 755 and then re-enable it. Worked for me.

Pinkloveshy - I should have a backup of my old shop somewhere. I'll dig up my mod.

I have a PS 1.4.0.17 and today I noticed same problems when customer tried to pay via MB, but in difference that I did not get the money to MB account, the PS BO shows "Payment error" and "Warning: 0,00 € paid instead of 120,00 € !". Then I went to MB site and I can only see a "Per Transaction Fee" (-0,21 EUR), but no money came in ... Any help please, I can loose a customer/order because of this ... Thank you!

EDIT: I forgot to mention: I already received several orders using MS as payment option and had no problems ...
