Emails showing {firstname}{lastname} instead of customers' actual first and last names

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I've searched all over for an answer to this but I haven't been able to find an answer. When a customer receives an order confirmation email the first and last names are filled in perfectly:

Hello Will QUICK, thank you for shopping with Purchase Website.

Order details

Order: #000004 placed on 2010-06-23 04:01:50
Payment: 2Checkout Payments

but then the next email for payment accepted comes in as:

Hi {firstname} {lastname},

Your order #{id_order} history

Payment for your order was successfully processed.

You can review this order and download your invoice from the "Order history" section of your account by clicking "My account" on our Website.

and then the Virtual Product to Download email also has the problem and comes up as:

Hello {firstname} {lastname}, thank you for shopping with Purchase Websites.

Product(s) to download

You have 1 product(s) to download.

Below are direct links to these products:
blogging.doc expires on 2010-07-03 downloadable 2 times

Obviously PrestaShop isn't passing on the {firstname}, {lastname} and {id_order} variables and I wondered how I can make it do this properly.

Any help would be very very gratefully received as I'm at my witt's end!

Thankyou,

Will

I have same experience.

The result is:
Please note that you have selected to pay by bank wire. Please send your wire to:

{bankwire_owner}

{bankwire_details}

{bankwire_address}

Not the owner name. It happened on HTML and text.

No solution yet...
