Customer phone number needed in certain format - how to do it?

I'm new with Prestashop and need your help with this.

 

Our payment provider needs to have customers to fill in telephone in format: +[country code][phone number].

 

How to make sure that our shop will only approve numbers in this format? Now it is accepting numbers but doesn't require this format.

You dont need to force your customers to do that.

 

Each country you configure already has the phone prefix, so you can obtain it from there.

Maybe I wasn't able to describe the problem correctly. At least now when I insert the phone number without + to my address, our payment provider doesn't approve the payment.

Sorry, i didn't read correctly.

In the country, which already figure on the customer's address, there is a field with the phone prefix.

 

What i mean by saying that you can obtain in from there, y mean programmatically, that is, modifying the code.

But, if youre not a programmer, nor a person familiar with programming, perhaps this is not so easy to you. In that case, will be easy to you to modify the code to make prestashop only allow the format you want in the phone number.
