Can't create customer/can't log in > "the identifier is missing or invalid"

Hello,

 

I'm setting up a new shop project right now. But for some reason I can't create customers.

You can sign up an account at the front office. The system sends you an email and in the backoffice is a new entry.

 

But every entry has the ID 0. Also, when I click on it, it says "The object cannot be loaded (the identifier is missing or invalid)"

And in the frontoffice, you can't log in with this account.

 

 

So when I installed Prestashop on my server, it used the database table prefix "prstshp_". I thought I changed it to "ps_" later directly in the database.

I don't know if this is the reason. But...could it have something to do it it?

Or how could I investigate further?

Well, I just re-installed the whole shop and used the right prefix from the beginning. I don't know if that exactly was the issue, but right now everything seems to work just fine.
