amanuensis Posted June 14, 2010 Share Posted June 14, 2010 Hi I was wondering if there was a way to put images into the email that clients recieve after they have purchased. As my cart is for digital downloading only I have clients constantly wanting to know how they can download after purchase, as it is really not obvious to anyone going through the purchase of digital goods. I am thinking of trying to have screenshots on the email that the client recieved to make it clearer.Any help would be appreciated. I would like to hear from anyone who has also come across this situation in Prestashop with the clarity or lack of it for the corny to download digital goods and their way of resolving it.
