Weird order problem

I haven't touched the order process on my PS 1.3....

Yet, when I do a test order there is no place to select a STATE, and when i fill out my info and address to click REGISTER, it brings back

There is 1 error :

1. this country require a state selection


Another thing is I only sell in the USA, so how can I remove the Country feild, and have USA my default?

Most likely, there is a Javascript error on your authentication page that is preventing the states from being displayed. Check whether it says "Done, with errors" in the bottom-left corner in IE. If it does, click the icon and post the error messages here.

It would be difficult to remove the country field, since it is a required field. I suggest using CSS to hide it.
