kg4geq Posted December 31, 2016 Share Posted December 31, 2016 I have a store on 1.7.0.3. When trying to manually change quantity of a product in the backoffice from "0" to "1" and click "Save". A green notice appears at top that says successfully saved, however when you go back to the item in the menu Catalog>Products; it reverts back to "0". I've tried saving from the basic page and saving from the advanced quantity product page. Both pages have same result of showing successful save, but then reverts back to "0". I've tried multiple browsers too. Anyone else experienced this and have a fix? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However it seems like this other user is also experiencing the issue: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/585774-prestashop-1703-cant-save-quantity-product/ Hmm...other user does have almost the same issue, except they get a response that says Unable to update and I get a response that says it is saved, but upon refresh it doesn't change the quantity. I also confirmed I couldn't add any special fields. Again, it says it saves, but when you go back into the product in the BO, it doesn't save. alfy41 Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 Hello everybody . after long and heavy upgrades from 1.6 to 1.7 of a store with a few thousand products, now the cherry on the cake ..... can not save the changes in the products ...... when it is solved problem or how?
