Installation Error 500

I have my files moved from my computer to the website.  I type in my domain and install.  It gives me an Error 500.  I've watched video after video, and I am doing what is being said to do, yet no installation.

 

What am I doing wrong?  Please explain it as if I am 12 years old.    I am a frustrated grandmother lol.

The @ini_set('display_errors', 'off'); and define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); 

are not in my config/ config.inc

 

My permissions are set at 755.

That is not in config.inc.php code you are looking is in config/defines.inc.php file.
