Dave L
Hello,I though I would start a new thread on this issue. I've mentioned this error in another thread and haven't found an answer as yet so thought this may give the problem more exposure. After upgrading from 1.2.5 to the latest 1.3.1.1 release, whenever I make a change on the Preferences page I get the following error field Round mode: is invalid Even if I make no changes to any Preferences and just click the Save button, I get the error. Otherwise, everything else works just fine.I have seen others have had this issue but so far I have not found a solution.I hope someone could shed some light on the error as I can't make any changes on the page at all.Thanks.PS. I have checked the defines.inc.php file and the following is present. define('PS_ROUND_UP', 0); define('PS_ROUND_DOWN', 1); define('PS_ROUND_HALF', 2) ;
Dave L
I managed to find a solution. I had a browse through the Bug Tracker and found a post where someone had fixed the error by uploading the new confing.inc.php file. The strange thing is that the Update instructions tell you to replace the new one with your old one!!Anyway, renamed my old file, uploaded the new new on and all seems well.Hope this helps others who are having the Round mode error problem. rocky
I thought the instructions said to replace config/settings.inc.php, not config/config.inc.php.
Dave L
You are absolutely right rocky, just double checked and that is indeed correct, my mistake.I'm sure I would have done as the upgrade instructions though, my memory sucks nowadays.Anyway, replacing that confing.inc.php fixed the problem for me all the same.Thanks.
