URGENT: Problem after installing module

Recommended Posts

I purchased a module from PrestaModules, for one-page checkout.

After installing it, I get two errors in firebug and then a blank page when I visit my shop's homepage.

This is the errors:

jQuery is not defined
eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(...|getPointer|fixPNG'.split('|'),0,{}))
   iutil.prestashop-modifications.js (line 15)
jQuery is not defined
eval(function(p,a,c,k,e,d){e=function(...|paddingRight|none'.split('|'),0,{}))
   ifxtransfer.js (line 13)

Both of these errors are coming from blockcart.tpl because that is the ONLY place in the entire application that these two files are referenced. If I uninstall the module, everything goes back to normal and I do not get the errors above.
I have NO idea what can cause this as blockcart.tpl is not modified during the module's installation.

The module developer is stumped as well. How would I get a stack trace to determine what could be causing this?

Note: I have Prestashop 1.3.0.1 installed and unsure how upgrading to 1.3.1 will affect my shop.

I don't know, I still can't make it work on 1.3.0.1 I can't upgrade at this time because of all the modifications necessary to get our theme correct.
The former developer didn't make a copy of the default theme, he modified it and upgrading reeks havoc on it.

I get the jQuery not found errors and can't, for the life of me, figure out why.
