is this a modul, or must i make this in the index ??

You'll need to manually modify modules/blockinfos/blockinfos.tpl to add an external link to the information block and modify modules/blockvariouslinks/blockvariouslinks.tpl to add an external link to the footer.

Add the following before the </ul> in blockinfo.tpl to add an external link to your forum at the bottom:

<a href="<link to your forum>">{l s='Forum' mod='blockinfos'}

and add the following after {/foreach} in blockvariouslinks.tpl to add an external link to your forum to the right of the existing links:

<a href="<link to your forum>">{l s='Forum' mod='blockvariouslinks'}

There's a free livezilla module here you can use to add a Livezilla block to your right column.
