Front end problems

I am having a bit of a hard time here.

I have a multistore ( A and B ) and I have been deactivating some statistics related modules on B store.

After changing some CMS informations in back-end on A store, I went to front-end to check my modifications.

But A store was out of it. A store was only displaying the logo of the store and language preferences. And that's it.

I desperately went to back office and reactivated all the modules on B store thinking that it somehow interfered with A store, idk... I even changed the CMS back to how it was. But, man, A store was still out of it.

I went to check the module situation on A store and some modules were not even installed (theme related modules).

I reinstalled them and little by little my A store was back on its feet.

 

A store is now almost ok.

The footer is still missing in front end even though I reinstalled the module.

And I cannot seem to place the goddamned logo where it was.

 

Does anyone know how could all of this happened?

 

I use prestashop version 1.6.1.4 and pos corau theme.
