Customers are not willing enter because they afraid that it may happen any identity stolen.How to make some fields like DOB as optional.Kindly help me, since i tried but i can't find the option there. rocky Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 I don't understand. The DOB is already optional. You can't choose which fields are optional and which aren't from the Back Office.
