rocky Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 You can try copying your mails directory inside your theme's directory to see if that helps. Another thing you can try is to make sure every mails/<lang_iso>/lang.php file contains a line like the following: $_LANGMAIL['Password query confirmation'] = 'Password query confirmation'; I can't think of any other reason why the password confirmation email would not work, but your other emails do.
