Error which Shows Up with Error Debug Reporting OFF

Hi Guys,

Please help I have these errors showing up but debug and error reporting are turned off, I am now really stuck and dont know what to do.

I have tried everything but I am just stuck.

It seems as if you're using a custom theme right? the include file the script wants to load does not exist and throws back a warning. Has the theme ever worked?
