Remove birtday field and social title

So I followed this tutorial: http://www.templatemonster.com/help/prestashop-1-6-x-how-to-remove-date-of-birth-field.html#gref

Did exactly the same thing with social title and everything is working, but I found out that when you register and will go to your account and example when you click on MY ADDRESSES then it will show HTTP ERROR 500 and ex actly the same thing happens when you click ADD MY FIRST ADDRESS and then click BACK TO YOUR ADDRESS it will show HTTP ERROR 500

 

Please can anyone tell me how can I resolve this?

Edit config/defines.inc.php and change the value of _PS_MODE_DEV_ from false to true and you should see an error message instead of a 500 error page. Post that error message here and we'll try to help you.

It seems themes/presta/addresses.tpl is missing from your server. Make sure it exists. You can copy it from the default PrestaShop theme if needed.
