Order dont show up

Hi all!

I have a problem. I got an order in my shop but it does not show up on Order tab. I can see it in the database and in the Customer tab. What can be wroRegards

It could be an issue with your payment module. If the payment validation does not happen, the cart will not be converted to an order.

It seem that this steps has happened.

The customer order and go trough the different steps. Also Paypal payment works but after that nothing happens.

I dont know if the customer got order confirmation or not

PS. I logged in to the customer account as superuser and all seems normal

Have you checked your Paypal settings and make sure they are correct? There is a to-do list in the paypal module configuration page.

It seems like paypal does not return the payment information to your site.

it worked yesterday.

What i can see on this order is that there is no order details in the database. if i change order id to an order with details it show up

If after the paypal payment the page does not redirect back to your site there is a problem with either the paypal module, or your settings in your paypal account. You should double check the settings.
