How can I add custom text to the top of specific search(tag) pages?

Hello, I use the search to provide tag pages on my website. One of these pages will have a URL like website.com/en/search?tag=tagfoo.  

 

I would like to add custom text to the top of this page. I purchased and tried using the "Custom HTML Block" module, but it only gives you a list of pages you can place the block on, it doesn't let you enter a URL to match.  

 

Anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this?

the solution for your question is html box pro

it allows to display custom block depending on the url

so it will work in this case well

 

example:
http://demos.mypresta.eu/html-box-pro/en/search?tag=blouse

 

tag = blouse

tag = dress
