Shopping cart / basket does not display properly

Hi All.

 

We have encountered a few problems with our website and we are desperate for help.

The main issue is our shopping cart / basket. It does not display properly and it also wont let you edit it once you have added to you cart. We are total beginners so would appreciate any help at all !!

There is also an issue with the bottom of the page not displaying correctly

try to go to modules > positions 

search there for "displayTop" (so called "top") modules list

move block cart module ABOVE wthe block top menu (use drag and drop feature to change position of the module)

your cart is positioned with absolute position

Thank you. It isn't too important where it is displayed. The problem is how it is displayed. I have attached a screenshot. More importantly is the issue of it not updating the cart contents once a product has been added. I have also attached a screenshot of an error message that is displayed when you try and edit the cart

What about installing a new theme? Could that help?
