help with a strange problem (back office log in)

My prestashop is 1.5.6.1 version,  when I log in back office, and click any button (for example: click orders), the page will return to "log in page", repeat and repeat, it is very headache, I can't do anything in backoffice, list item, process order etc 

 

I don't know what problem it is, hope prestashop expert, or any person met same problem can help me. thank you !

Believe me i have been suffered from this problem more than you. I can't give you guaranteed answer but i can suggest thing which you can try. Do the following things.

• Delete cache and cookies completely by any extension like cache cleaner
• Disable debug mode in case you have enabled in /config/defines.inc.php file
• While accessing backoffice use http://www.example.com instead of http://example.com
• Also try different browser or incognito mode.

You can also try going to the Administration > Preferences tab and changing "Check the IP address on the cookie" to "No".
