/mail/iso_code/lang.php missing

On a fresh install of 1.6.1.7, files for differents country iso_codes are missing. In this case was tested selecting Spanish on the installer which may install Spanish and Catalan languages and files:

 

mail/es/lang.php

mail/ca/lang.php

 

Tested on linux and windows machines.

I'll test installer, on localization after install US, all files were ok..

 

I ran into similar issue sometime ago, install Base Germany, resulting shop was localized  more for United Kingdom....I'll follow up
