Dan-G Posted September 4, 2016 Share Posted September 4, 2016 Hello, I have an issue with my e-commerce and I don't find solution... Emails are correclty configured. Test email are ok, confirmations of payments, password changing, etc. all is ok except the confirmation after creating an account. The emails appears in the log list but customers doenst received Welcome message with ID and password. Of course I activated the option to send email after creating on account. Someone have an idea ?
