3sverhaeghe Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 We are operating a store in Prestashop 1.6.1.1 and have been suffering problems with the postcode field for a while now. It seems that for only some customers, the field just vanishes, but as it's a required field for us, they cannot complete their first order. As we offer professional services to professional customers, this makes us look very ... unprofessional (for want of a better word). I've found topics citing similar issues and it seems to be a Javascript bug that has already been reported years ago. Why hasn't Prestashop solved this yet? Through what channels does one need to go to get this fixed? This is very frustrating. Basic features like that should work no matter what.
