electriz Posted September 1, 2016 Share Posted September 1, 2016 First of all, enable dev environment in config/defines.inc.php Find define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', and add there true Check if BackOffice throws an error. Secondly you should have a look at apache error logs. In UNIX systems it's located in: /var/log/apache2/error.log. If you don't have access to this, you should look for logs in your hosting admin panel, or ask your hosting provider for this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
