On one of our client sites we noticed that suddenly old gift messages are showing up prefilling the message field for new customers accessing the website. For example, if I go to the site today, for some products I can see gift messages that people entered whilst placing an order back in November 2015!! How can this happen and any idea how we can fix this? I tried clearing the cache but this hasn't helped. Very bizarre!
