Shipping costs in back office not visible

Hi all,

 

Using 1.6.1.3.

I recently updated the shipping costs table (in Shipping>Carriers>My default carrier>"2 Shipping locations and costs") and now the whole table is not appearing in back office. That is, for every country listed, there is no longer a weight range and price that I configured. However, when testing orders, the correct shipping cost is being calculated. I have tried clearing the cache without luck. Any help much appreciated.

Hi Marcus,

 

I would think from description that now when you enter the shipping carrier page an error occurs.

 

Enable PrestaShop debug mode and see if additional information is presented,  then you may find solution
