Abandoned Cart Issue - Showing $0.00

We have a major issue with our abandoned carts. Whenever a custom registers/signs in the abandoned cart shows as EMPTY if the order is not placed. This makes it impossible to send targeted follow up emails based on  the products they had in their cart.

 

The only carts that show products are those that are not registered visitors. (90% of the time)   

please see screenshot.

 

any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

 

It seems that the abandoned cart module is not recording the products in the cart once a visitor registers.

The same happens to me since some days ago.

 

But, not only in the abandoned carts: also in the registered orders!!!

I have a video on "Abandonded carts" (see below). It looks like those are just people browsing the store, but not adding any items to the cart.. but are registered customers.

I have noticed that at the time when a registered user signs in, prestashop creates a cart. The Cart will show zero and its set to active.
