if any save done on ui part it take time to effect on pages after save done from admin sider .when website check it take time to effect in fornt end

If your server has a big caching time, this is normal behavior.

 

Clear smarty cache and browser cache, for changes to take effect immediately.

 

Clear smarty cache: on back office tab advanced parameters -> performance -> on right top button "clear cache".

Clear browser cache: key F5 on keyboard.
