©Nermin© Posted August 19, 2016 Share Posted August 19, 2016 I tried to set up my domain DNS according to the instructions provided by prestashop but till now i still unable to get my shop online on presta cloud and support system is not helping just consumed 1 ticket and they replied with invalid URL and closed mthe ticked so i can tell them that the link aint working and do not wanna to consume another ticket. Here is my DNS setup http://prnt.sc/c7iw8q Support reply Hello, Your domain name crateal.com is pointing to the IP of your SSL certificate (46.105.174.59) But www.crateal.com isn't pointing to the IP of your SSL certificate (46.105.174.59) You should change your DNS like explicated here:http://doc.prestashop.com/display/CLOUD/Protecting+your+store+with+an+SSL+certificate#ProtectingyourstorewithanSSLcertificate-ModifyingyourDNS My Store Details : http://prntscr.com/c7ty24 Any Help would be appreciated Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
