it happened when I want my pictures Regenerate. My host server can not resolve the problem.

its related to environment configuration. All errors that begin with 5 are errors within the server itself. In this case it is 'Service Unavailable'  - there is nothing to do in prestashop.

 

problem can be for example:

- related to exceed memory

- related to exceed CPU 

- related to exceed the load time of regeneration process
