[Question] Prestashop robots.txt and AdWords - Site blocked

Hi there community,

 

One of the stores Prestashop 1.6.15 I have is being blocked in adwords, preventing me from creating ads for the same.

 

After searching and see what I could, I turned to the adWords Help Center where after several contacts and attempts indicate to me that it is blocked because of having 'zones' website blocked in robots.txt to Google

 

The robots.txt file is generated within the Prestashop (SEO Menu) unchanged.

 

Although I do not make sense any such justification / reason for the blockage, because the robots.txt exists for some reason ... I wanted to know the experience of others.

 

So I would ask the community, especially those working with adwords if also had problems with the use of robots.txt or otherwise have the robots.txt generated by PrestaShop and ads in AdWords without problem?
