How I can make TOS agreement ("I agree to the Terms of Service and will adhere to them unconditionally") with checkbox more larger and red? There in the shipping Four step of the checkout.

Edit themes/default-bootstrap/order-carrier.tpl

 

 

Find

<label for="cgv">{l s='I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally.'}</label>

Replace with

<label for="cgv"><span style="font-size:1.4em;color:red;">{l s='I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally.'}</span></label>

This is just an example value.
