[SOLVED] Back Office - Text Boxes for Categories, Product Description & Meta Tags Disappeared

I must have changed something somewhere as I have just noticed my text fields in the back office are gone for Categories, Product & Meta Tags. I try to be careful and look for anything not working after changes, but i must have missed this :-(
Anyone know what file(s) could have been affected?

It looks like your default language is null for some reason. Try going to Tools > Languages, select a default language at the bottom and click Save.

Thanks for the heads up, I looked in the Tools-->Language section as saw the English language was no longer functioning as I had removed "Bank Wire" and "Cheque" mails. Even though the modules themselves were deleted, I would never known deleting these mails would affect the back office like this. I restored these files and my back office is working again. Thanks Rocky...
