[SOLVED] PLEASE HELP (911)

SOLVED: My web host was updating there security and this problem was on the server itself in a place where i was unable to get to only my web host was able to fix this. it had nothing to do with the permissions i had in place currently.

I am having a major problem with my shop i am trying to add products but i keep getting this message when i click save. This situation has started within the last few days i have not added any products fro the past month or so, also this message also comes up when i try to send a message to a customer from the order details page in the backoffice. please help i really need a fix ASAP.

here are the permissions on the files listed below:
Store: 0755
Admin586: 0755
index.php: 0755

here is what i tried to fix the problem; (none of these worked)
- change the permissions on the file index.php
- created a new sql database
- created a subdomain and installed a new prestashop to see if the same error happended and it did.

You don't have permission to access /store/admin586/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The permissions should be 755 for folders and 644 for files, so index.php should be 644, not 755.

Sorry for this post the problem was my web host was updating there security and something happpended where php was runing into the wrong area it is all fixed now thanks for the fast reply i will defently change that like you said.
