what is the difference between

Your module Piwik Stats Module it is upgraded to prestashop 1.6.1.6 and security

The real difference is that we have added a few more variables to the module. Now if a user is logged in it will track them by name and email. So you can pull reports of people that have looked at products that are registered, but not purchased the product. The github version just tracks by ip address. The reason I did this is so that you can export the email addresses and market to people. You can use the filters in Piwik and make email lists like everyone who has looked at this shirt, but did not buy it. That is the only difference really.
