Problem with Uppercase template

I installed the theme Uppercase from http://dgcraft.free.fr/migration/

However, on my site it looks wrong.

I've tried to contact the developer, but not had any response.

Can someone help me please?

Have you followed all the instructions in install.txt? As well as copying the theme to your theme directory and modules to the modules directory, you also need to install the modules and then go to Modules > Positions and position them the same as hook.jpg.

I have, however there are two other image files with instructions which are not clear.

I'm guessing that's where I'm failing.....

Upload the image folder again to be sure.
I would say you should really take a good look at the images that are not clear to you.
Might be usefull to post them over here. Maybe some one else on this forum can give you an explanation.
