Google API Checkout Questions

I want to integrate google's API checkout into my shop. I tried installing the module... but it seems I have to do something with google API. I could not find anywhere to actually make a google API account or anything.

If anyone knows how to get it working and would like to get me started, I would greatly appreciate it!

Just go to the Google Checkout website and log in with your Google login details or click the "Sign up" button if you don't already have a Google account. Once you've created an account, go to Settings > Integration to view your Merchant ID and Key.

I logged in. It seems like It made a "buyer" account...?
I don't see a settings button anywhere on the main page when logged in.
I clicked on My Account and the Google Checkout option there and it took me back to the main page I was on.

It shows me my purchase history (which is blank)...

The merchant login page is at a different URL, it seems:
